Smaller to midsize items will be shipped using standard ground service, as noted above.

Overnight and 2-day Shipment
Freight charges for overnight and 2-day shipments will be advised within four hours of order placement.

Special and Oversize Items
We reserve the right to advise freight adders for any special and oversize items. Special and oversize items generally include, but are not limited to: ladders, pipe, strut, tubs and enclosures, china and copper tubing. If freight adders apply to your shipment, you will be advised within four hours of placing your order. Please also note that special and oversize items may need to ship via freight carrier.

Same-day Shipping Deadline
Orders placed before noon EST will ship same day for in-stock items.

Shipped Outside the Continental U.S.

  • We ship inside the Continental U.S. only. Unless otherwise noted on the item, all orders are shipped ground to a location within the 48 contiguous United States.

Haz-Mat Shipments

  • We do not ship hazardous materials.


Return Options

Our Return Policy
We accept stocked product back in its original packaging up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please complete a RGA (Return Goods Authorization Request) and a Customer Service Associate will contact you in 1 business day. Certain items may not be returnable or may have specific return instructions; please see below before you make your return. To request a return fill out and submit the RGA REQUEST FORM.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your package arrived damaged in transit, please note the damage next to your signature at the time of delivery. If your package had concealed damage or contained defective merchandise, please call us within 1 business day of receipt at 407.843.9100.

Shortages and Fulfillment Errors
If you notice your order arrived short an item at the time of delivery, please note the shortage next to your signature. If you notice a shortage upon opening your package or if your order was fulfilled incorrectly, please call us within 1 business day of receipt at 407.843.9100.

Special Orders
Special order and volume purchases are non-returnable.
